Traditional brewery located close to the center of Volendam with interesting tours
This traditional brewery, formerly known as Brouwerij het Veulen, set up shop just a stone's throw from the center of Volendam in early 2020. In this 1,000m2 building, beer is brewed in the traditional way, with top fermentation in the bottle. Interesting tours are organized at weekends: for about an hour, you'll learn about the history of the brewery and the brewing processes, depending on the beer. And of course, two tastings are scheduled. The brewery also has a small store in the center of town, at Zeestraat 1.
