Simonehoeve is an authentic cheese and clog factory, perfect for an immersion in Dutch traditions. During your visit, you can explore the clog factory to learn about clog-making techniques, and admire a wide variety of cheeses in the cheese dairy. A tasting session is available, and you can buy your favorites in the store, where staff are dressed in traditional costume. Workshops, such as how to make gouda, are also available. The on-site restaurant serves typical Dutch lunches.
