Saffraan is an excellent, friendly restaurant offering the best of several oriental cuisines, including Turkish and Iranian. Good to know: all meats are halal. In summer, it's a real pleasure to eat by the water. Utrecht's canals offer a unique atmosphere, with the possibility of dining on the banks, where numerous restaurants are nestled. This warm atmosphere is typical of the city. We particularly recommend sharing a mezze for a complete culinary experience.
