CONVENT CHAPEL
Go there and contact
A remarkable chapel in a garden overlooking the Abraham Dolesteeg in Utrecht.
At the end of a garden overlooking the Abraham Dolesteeg, a chapel rises high into the sky, its spire crowned with a cross and a weathervane. It once belonged to the Abraham Doleklooster convent, named after its founder, and was dedicated to Saint Ursula. The legend of St. Ursula originated in Roman times, when some women were executed in Cologne during the persecution of the Christians. The convent no longer exists, only the old chapel and an old barn remain.
