This café-restaurant is located in a former gasworks. The industrial setting remains, but has been softened with vintage decorative touches and warm plants. The menu features cuisine from Israel, Florentin being a district of the city. It's truly superb, and changes regularly according to the seasons and local producers. The atmosphere is unique and very pleasant. We also come here for a beer and to enjoy the cosy setting. This establishment is at the heart of a lively neighborhood!
