PRONK

Located in a historic building on the famous Vismarkt, Pronk is housed in one of Groningen's first stone houses, dating back to the 13th or 14th century. You'll come for a drink and (rather inspired) brasserie fare (based on fresh, high-quality ingredients): the menu includes sandwiches and soups, as well as many meat- and fish-free dishes. The place is particularly cosy and the terrace is very pleasant on sunny days. A perfect stopping-off point before continuing on to the Martini Tower!
