Ten kilometers before Maastricht, Eijsden is the first town on the road from Liège. Aon't Bat takes its name from its location "on the banks" of the Meuse, an exceptional situation to be enjoyed on the terrace (which has several times won the award for best terrace in Limburg!) in fine weather. The establishment has been in existence for almost 120 years. First as a café, then as a restaurant, it now offers a wide range of brasserie cuisine: from fish to sandwiches, mussels and meat dishes. There's something for everyone.
