Heaven on earth exists: at Château Neercanne. Built in 1698 by Baron Van Dopff, it's the only terraced castle in the Benelux, a few kilometers from Maastricht, right on the Belgian border in the Geer valley (Jekerdal). The setting is truly splendid and historic. The gardens are the setting for flamboyant sculpture exhibitions. Here, everything is luxury, calm and pleasure. The cuisine is delicious, refined and inventive, the setting classic and comfortable. Attention to detail is pushed to perfection.
