Well, here's a museum restaurant with a twist! It's the café of the fabulous Bonnefantenmuseum. You absolutely must drop in, even if it's just for a cup of coffee and a look around. The interior can be modified at will, and is located in a tower emblematic of the site and the city. The design setting is very surprising: dark wood on the floor, punchy light screens, brightly tapestried walls, a superb terrace on the banks of the Meuse... It's the ideal place to enjoy hearty, inspired sandwiches or mixed salads.
