Dating back to the 15th century, the former Couvent des Croisiers is one of the city's jewels. It and the gigantic Gothic church adjoining it have been transformed into a very special design hotel. Furnished in a modern style, the 60 luxury rooms and suites are located in the corridors of the former convent. The bar and wine cellar are superb. The hotel is brimming with historical and cultural details: you can come in just to have a look around, admire the current exhibition or have a drink. One of our favorite addresses.
