Miss Paddle is the jewel in Harold's crown. He offers a concise menu featuring a dozen flammekueches, those fine Alsatian tarts flambées. Harold has taken the concept to perfection, and everything about it is succulent: the pastry, light and crisp, the ingredients ultra-fresh, and the compositions inventive and modern. Everything is prepared right before your eyes on the kitchen island. The drinks menu features locally brewed beers. The warm, wooded setting is a real winner. A favorite address.
