Probably the most colorful local address we've ever tried! This is the brasserie of the city's famous soccer club, PSV. It's located high above the pitch, and the terrace offers an incredible view. Inside, the place looks like a brown café. The menu gives pride of place to fresh, local produce, and all plates are richly garnished with vegetables. Many fish dishes are offered. The service is very friendly, and the place acts as a mini-museum retracing the great epics of this legendary club.
