RITA

Rita, saint of lost causes, is the brasserie in the former Domusdela monastery complex, now transformed into a hotel, restaurant and meeting place. The setting is splendid and the decor very well done. You can dine in the luminous botanical greenhouse or on the superb terrace. The menu features many local ingredients and vegetables, as well as fish and meats. The breakfast buffet is very good. You can also drop in for an evening drink in a setting that brilliantly combines design and history.
