This is the restaurant of the NH Collection Eindhoven Centre hotel, located on the upper floors of the Groene Toren. The decor, vintage and designer, is first and foremost a real spectacle, incorporating elements typical of Eindhoven, notably the light bulbs. The view over the city is spectacular, but it's for the pleasure of the taste buds that you come here. The chef, Carlo Chantrel, has concocted a cosmopolitan, modern menu with an emphasis on local produce. It's a fine address, loved by locals and visitors alike.
