This building, elected in 2007 as the best building in the Netherlands, is very elegant with a beautiful light
This tower, completed in 2006, was designed by Jo Coenen (designer of Amsterdam's OBA). Its height and shape are very reminiscent of the Flatiron in New York: like the Flatiron, the building is rounded and is around 90 metres high. The first 4 floors are offices. The 5th floor and above are apartments. A city landmark that can be spotted everywhere, with great elegance and light. In 2007, it was voted "Best Dutch Building".
