KENNISPOORT
This building illustrates the work of the city's Technical University, which resides there with the Chamber of Commerce
This building, the work of Dutch architect Koen van Velsen, illustrates the work of the city's Technical University (TU), which resides there along with the Chamber of Commerce. With its 7 floors, its oval shape that seems to have been nibbled on the inside, this building has rightly been distinguished by several architectural awards. A restaurant is present on site (for lunch only). Note that in the gardens of the university stands a "mathematical object", a work by Le Corbusier. Other works can be discovered in the gardens.
