Jurgen Koens and Richard van Gent are two pastry chefs who have gained a lot of experience in several restaurants and pastry shops. They created Pastryclub to share their passion. The place, in the machine room of a fabulous building in the Strijp-S area, seems to have come out of David Lynch's imagination. A particular care is given to the choice of the ingredients. A beautiful address where many workshops are organized in a superb urban and design setting. The pastries sometimes look like jewels, but you can still eat them!
