A tiny, historic store in Chiado that curiosity seekers will love! Opened in 1789, it is considered one of the oldest candle stores in the world. In the shop windows, you can observe hundreds of candles of all shapes and colors stored on wooden shelves. A little pricey, but these are truly works of art, meticulously handcrafted in the backroom using traditional methods. The store has been awarded the distinction of "Loja com História" by the municipality.

Jolie boutique mais vendeuse désagréable
Vendeuse ultra désagréable, les photos sont interdites ... alors qu’elles sont dans de nombreux livres dédiés à Lisbonne ! Dommage sa boutique est pourtant très belle... mais je ne pense pas qu’elle mérite qu’on s’attarde sur celle-ci si la responsable ne supporte pas les touristes curieux et respectueux ...
