100 Maneiras isn't just the restaurant of Sarajevo-born chef Ljubomir Stanisic - one of the country's most famous chefs - it's a gastronomic mecca that, after just 9 months open, has scooped a Michelin star and joined the list of the world's 50 best restaurants in 2019. "Welcome to Bosnia" is repeated every evening in this small, 30-seat Chiado restaurant, although the menu is also inspired by many Portuguese dishes, as the chef holds fast to his Slavic roots. It's certainly worth the effort.

Restaurant gastronomique avec un menu 10 plats. Cuisine portugaise revisité qui a du caractère. Essentiellement des produits de la mer. Le service était impeccable.
