We booked through Booking with free cancel policy.
They day after they charged our credit card without notification. We contacted and they said it was just a credit authorization and the money will be returned.
One day later they charged our credit card again!
Days was passing, the money was not returned and the hotel was not answering.
We cancelled this room for this reason. They have refunded 1 of the 2 charges and we still try to get the rest of our money back! It's been almost two months!
Very unreliable hotel!
The only thing that did not make it excellent was the noise. We stayed 2 nights, but it did not bother us that much. Bearing in mind the price, it was acceptable.
Ma soprattutto scarsissima igiene ( macchie sul copri letto e grumi neri che cadevano sul letto dal condizionatore )
Pur avendo segnalato questi problemi nessuno è venuto a risolverli in tre notti che abbiamo passato lì.

No one is answering the phone or messages.
El personal de administración con un trato horrible y maleducado, hablando muy mal a los clientes. No solo presencié como me hablaron a mi, sino a otros clientes en recepción. Hay una chica en recepción, Sofia nos dijo que se llamaba, que dice que no está y que todo debe realizarse online a pesar de estar hablando con ella.
Además durante nuestra estancia entraron en la habitación y tocaron nuestras cosas.
Por el precio,muy bien.
Limpio,con toallas,mantas,secador,baño dentro de la habitación...bien.
The only real complaint I had was the smell in the room. In fact, there was a constant smell of food in the room due to (probably) a "churrasqueira" just above the hotel. The latter made it really annoying to be in the room unless you turned on the air conditioner.
Hicimos reserva a través de Booking, nos cobraron estancia, nos pasaron los datos para hacer checkin y código para recoger la llave en una caja fuerte que hay en casa puerta de la habitación, y cuál fue nuestra sorpresa que cuando abrimos la puerta NO HABIA LLAVE, nos encontramos en la calle, a las 22.30h de la noche con tres menores, sin poder contactar con nadie del hotel que pudiera darnos solución.
Tuvimos que buscar un nuevo hotel para poder pasar la noche, y conseguimos habitación de milagro en un hotel cercano que nos dijo que no era la primera vez que se encontraban con esa situación.
Hasta el momento no hemos recibido ningun tipo de contacto de ningún responsable del hotel.
HACED CASO A LOS MALOS COMENTARIOS DE ESTE HOTEL
Mold, not isolated electricity cables, old bedsheets with cigarette holes, everything stinks, even water.
But if you are budget traveler and you just need place to sleep, you will get used to it after 2 days.
Staff was quite nice.

-Inexistência de um libro de reclamações
Espero que a ASAE tome conta, deveria ser Fechado
The reception, on the first floor, is run by a friendly staff and always available for guest, which gives desk a good feel.
However, the room, with its blue earthenware head, disappoints by its unattractive furniture and especially by the smell that reigns here. The window overlooking stairs does not let the light, but lets however enter the smells of food, while, closed window, smell of humidity stagnate in the room. The bathroom, separated from the room is clean and functional, but not very pleasant because this same smell of humidity.
Early in the morning, breakfast, basic, is pleasant and full.
