The boutique-laboratory of Claudio Corallo, Italian agronomist and ecologically-minded experimenter, specializes in 100% natural chocolate and high-quality coffee. Both come from São Tomé and Príncipe, an archipelago in the South Atlantic Ocean and Portugal's former smallest colony. In his boutique, you'll find fine products presented in a variety of forms: roasted beans, various bars, chocolate-covered coffee beans or cocoa sorbet. One of our favorite addresses in Príncipe Real for a gourmet break.
