LA MARE AU LIÈVRE
Typical Norman restaurant offering an à la carte formula.
Under this funny name, there is a unanimous settlement in Annebault. It all starts with the beautiful decor, a beautiful entrance which leads straight to a house with a typical Norman half-timbered house, particularly well maintained, and a room with rustic decoration that does not lack heat. And the charm works with the smile of Audrey and Laurent, who are small meals in slate, formula or à la carte. A very pleasant stop in a decor all that is in the countryside, where you can taste pancakes and cakes (accompanied by cider stuffy), grilled, intestinal or andouillette and O filled of greed… a Norman fondue. The chef also promises, on reservation, a little more prepared dishes, leg 7 hours, Burgundian beef or hen beef. You don't leave hungry, but probably with the desire to come back as soon as you sit around this young and welcoming table. Have you tasted la bowl and other sausages made by the Trappist monks of Bricquebec Abbey? No? When you tell you we will have to return.
