Aunque el servicio de recepción fue correcto, no alcanzó el nivel de atención personalizada que uno podría esperar en hoteles boutique. Sin embargo, fue satisfactorio en términos generales.
La decepción llegó con el desayuno, que no estuvo a la altura de las expectativas de un hotel de cinco estrellas. La variedad de zumos, frutas y pastelería fue notablemente limitada, siendo un punto negativo significativo. Esta discrepancia entre las expectativas y la realidad del desayuno fue un aspecto que afectó la experiencia global.
Es importante destacar que, a pesar de este inconveniente, el Hotel Albatroz se presenta impecable y limpio, con una decoración magnífica y comodidades increíbles.
