The Boca do Inferno, or "Hell's Mouth", is a unique rock formation near Cascais. The Atlantic Ocean's violent waves have eroded the cliffs, creating a spectacular open cavity... In bad weather, the waves rush in, thundering loudly, hence its evocative name. Sinister legends have it that the cave's tormented waters are believed to be a passageway to a subterranean world. Those who stand at the edge of the cauldron may well be convinced.

Un endroit en bout de plage où s'engouffre les vagues. Avec un peu de chance vous pourrez comme moi il y a 2 ans voir le soleil s'engouffrer au milieu de srochers, toutefois cette année les conditions n'étaient pas réunies. MAis cela n'enlève rien à la beauté du lieu.

Très bel endroit nommé " bouche de l'enfer " . Impressionnant quand il y a des vagues. possibilité de le rejoindre en partant de la gare de Caiscais. La roche a été creusé par la mer et s'engouffre dedans.
