Jos Nusbaumer distillery, the place to find quality brandies, liqueurs and creams in a unique setting in Steige.

This artisan distillery offers some thirty varieties of high-quality fruit and wild berry eaux-de-vie, distilled and aged according to traditional Val de Villé recipes. We also offer handcrafted liqueurs made exclusively from fruit and eaux-de-vie, at 30° to 35°/vol, with just 240 grams of sugar per liter! Poire Williams Sélection won a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole at the Salon de l'Agriculture 2023!

une visite de distillerie s'impose lorsqu'on parcourt le Val de Villé. Il en existe plusieurs, mais la plupart ont été rachetées par de grands groupes et ont perdu leur côté familial et artisanal. NUSSBAUMER semble échapper à cette destinée et propose une visite dégustation gratuite avec la découverte de quelques originalités à base de sureau ou de quetsches (prunes locales).Attention cependant, car ce sont des alcools blancs très parfumé, délicieux, mais à un degré d'alcool très élevé!
