Welcome to the farm! In Steige, the store of products transformed on the spot is a cave of Ali Baba of the Vosges. You will find organic cheeses (munster, bargkass, tomme) and cold cuts made from the meat of the farm's Vosges cows (which almost disappeared around 1970 and which the family preserves). Since 2008, Richard's ice creams and sorbets delight our taste buds. Wide selection: the classics (caramel, coffee) and in season Alsatian flavors: cherry, rhubarb, elderberry, blueberry, quetsche, kiwi, gingerbread ... A delight!
