The hotel is located in Spinghar Park, just at the entrance to Jalalabad when you arrive in Kabul. All taxis are known. A total of 45 rooms. The restaurant serves every hour, but it's a bit expensive. The Spinghar is a little old, but correct. And if the service is not perfect, the shady garden is sublime! A good way to rest in a pretty noisy city.
