This is the gastronomic restaurant of the Hotel des Mille Collines, located on the fourth floor. The Panorama offers refined Franco-Italian cuisine (beef filet with Roquefort sauce, poached salmon with white wine and fennel...), accompanied by the best wines from both countries. As its name suggests, the restaurant offers one of the most beautiful panoramas of the city, and in the evening, with all the lights of the capital, it is as if earth and sky were one firmament. Perfect for a romantic dinner, before sliding into the Legacy Lounge.
