Although dethroned by new establishments, the Select still enjoys a good reputation. It remains one of the most elegant places in Kigali, and undoubtedly one of the best tables, in the setting of a plush house with a colonnaded terrace. Many products are imported, if we judge by the menu: foie gras, duck breast with passion sauce, but also waterzooi, spinach lasagne... The wine cellar is maintained at an optimal temperature. There is a whole range of French wines, from Bordeaux to Nuits-Saint-Georges.
