BUGESERA LODGE
We fell in love with this guest house, run by Jocelyne, a French woman married to a Rwandan. 30 min drive from Kigali. Charming, welcoming, peaceful. The round bungalows are nicely furnished, comfortable and arranged in a large flowered garden overlooking the valley of the Akagera river. We like the Afro-bohemian style. Breakfast is a hearty and tasty brunch. We can also come just for lunch, as Jocelyne's cooking is so worth the detour. Mountain bike rides or walks are possible in the surrounding nature.
