Thanks Chef Dennis for accommodating special requests on food. Thanks Sylvester and Bella for prompt service. Huge, clean and quiet rooms. Highly recommended and would love to go back next time.

The hotel requires a thorough overhaul; it's unsettling. There's a shrine with 5,000 idols that feels unusual to me, and the environment is poorly maintained, with a dirty pool frequently out of service, and many things out of order.

Oldukça eski ve bakımsız bir otel. Mobilyaları yıllardır kullanılmış veya öyle görünüyor.
İnternet bağlantısı çok kesintiye uğruyor.
Otelde asansör yok!
Kahvaltı iyi değil.
Resepsiyondan telefonla arandım, ahizesinin kablosu takılı değildi.
Duşta çok kirli bir perde vardı. Orta boylu bir insan için duş aparatı çok alçak.
Buzdolabının elektrik kablosu takılı olmadığı için çalışmıyordu. Fişini takmaya çalıştım, kablodaki fiş ile duvardaki priz uyumsuzdu.
33 C sıcaklıkta klima çalışmadı. Görevliden kontrol etmesini istedim, vantilatör çalıştırıp klima bozuk dedi!!!
Elimi yıkamak için musluğu açmak istedim, komple aparat yerinden çıktı!

Actually the hotel is so quiet with an amazing atmosphere. We usually go there for weekends with friends and mostly with my family. The food is so good & clean, quick service at the view of swimming pool (which I find cool & ease).

One hour to serve a mushroom soup....
Very helpful staff , but....1 hour....
For the rest, it's my first time to visit.
Very nice place, comfortable and attractive.
I will try a second time.

Galaxy Hotel is not just a Hotel, it is a home
I love Rwanda and Galaxy made me love it more
Galaxy will always be my last stop in Rwanda ????????
The rooms are spacious, well equipped, comfortable and it's taste is unbeatable
Quality service and well behaving staff and the environment is friendly ????
It is beautiful and sweet ???? and can't find the best way to explain this.

Located in the middle of high brow area of Kigali called Kyovu with access to virtually all the places you went to visit in Kigali.
A well maintained swimming pool, restaurant and room service.
Thanks to Mr Emmanuel working in the bar and Restaurant, he deserves to be awarded as the best service guy in that hotel.
