Kigali has enriched itself with new neighbourhoods such as Nyarutarama and its cossues houses with prices up to 300 million Rwandan francs, with interior fittings from Dubai. Another amazing neighbourhood: Gaculiro, with its straight streets lined with red roofs, all identical, with the garden on the front surrounded by high walls. One would think in an English suburb. Emblematic of Rwanda's new (Urban) Policy, this neighbourhood was built through the funds of the Social fund of Rwanda. The owners repay each one every four months. There are four categories of houses, with prices ranging from 20 to 27 million Rwandan francs.
