This 3-star hotel is far from being a palace, but is an interesting stopover halfway between the Butare Museum and the Nyungwe Forest. The rooms are decent, clean and spacious. Sauna and massages are available, as well as all conference facilities, including a room and a business centre. Good if and only if the Gikongoro stopover is necessary. Live music on Wednesday and Friday evenings and happy hours on Monday from 6pm to 9pm. The slope to enter by car is not gentle: check your brake pads!
