Floating in the air in a hot air balloon over Akagera is a memorable experience. Royal Balloon, also present in Cappadocia (Turkey), has deployed its activity in Rwanda in 2021. It has two hot air balloons and experienced pilots. You will leave from the base of Kayitaba, located 5 minutes by car from the southern entrance of Akagera. You will witness the inflation of your balloon, before embarking at dawn for an hour of aerial ride and ending with a champagne breakfast in the savannah.
