The travellers who will be seated there will be spoilt for choice as the card is so complete. In the large room inside or on the beautiful terrace, we enjoy a very pleasant and attentive service. The restaurant is named after Manuel Chaparro, a chef who, in the 1960s, prepared the region's specialities. Octopus salad, or snails as a starter; in the dish we fall for one of the local specialities: the black pig in the style of Aljezur. All the typical Algarve fish and seafood dishes are available.
