Even if you're not vegan, you're likely to become one as soon as you enter this former mill transformed into a trendy restaurant, rather unlikely in a remote village. Yes, it's gluten-free, organic and totally veggie, but it's tasty, unusual and the dishes are bursting with inventiveness. The veggie burger is to die for and highly Instagrammable, as is the arco-iris tagliatelle. The place, spread over two levels, is cosy and very friendly, and the multilingual staff is absolutely cool. A pure moment of vegetal pleasure!
