A great autumn gastronomic festival, a whole weekend in honour of the sweet potato (Aljezur and its surroundings are the largest production area for this sweet-flavoured vegetable) and the perfo (inch-foot), that strange crustacean that is very common on the plates of the Costa Vicentina. In addition to the live preparation of recipes by renowned chefs and cooking competitions, around a hundred exhibitors complete the festivities to the sound of music.
