Fermento is a project conceived by two couples of friends united by a passion for gastronomy and good wine. The restaurant offers a contemporary, dynamic and youthful cuisine, combined with artisanal wines and homemade fermented drinks. Examples include bean falafel with beet ketchup and fermented cabbage, and rabbit roll with papaya. Dishes and plates are presented in a very graphic way, no doubt due to the partners' experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant, but the atmosphere remains informal.
