This brand-new 4-star hotel complex located just a stone's throw from Meia Praia, the largest beach in Lagos, has luxurious and spacious rooms, some with a large terrace overlooking the sea. The complex consists of 286 rooms for 2, 3 and 4 people with all modern equipment. Red and black and fashion themes are the common thread in the decoration. Guests can enjoy a spa and the Satsanga wellness center, which includes a gym, sauna, steam room and massage tables... what a program!

Experiência a repetir
As an experienced hotel reviewer I have to say this hotel is clearly at the bottom of the breakfast league. The breakfasts are pretty awful and uninspiring with little variety but much worse - they have a policy of not putting any prices on the breakfast menu in your room - and if as I had - you had already paid for breakfast you obviously assume you just pay for room service if you take it in your room. Not at Vile Gale. I found I had been charged an extortionate 36 euros for the same boring spread I got for free in the breakfast buffet. The staff said they would look into giving me a refund but after they got their money there was no further contact from them. Daylight robbery. Unlike the breakfast menu, they do list prices on their laundry list. However this was the only thing they could offer when they told me they did not have an iron to use in the whole hotel.
Update - the response of the "owner" Pedro Monforte which was rather unprofessional was rather than to confirm the staff's original offer of a refund was to offer no response apart from saying this is an isolated experience and to say they look forward to welcoming me back again!! Unlikely after this treatment. An appropriate more favourable response would have elicited a similar response from myself but clearly the management do not understand customer service
