On the west bank of the Arade, in a street lined with fish restaurants lined up like sardines, is the Casa Bica, once a tavern for fishermen. Here, we sail among the aromas of grilled fish and other regional specialties: choquinhos fritos with garlic, the feijoada de gambas or buzinas (whelk stew), the fish caldeirada com massa de caldo without omitting the queen sardine. Sometimes you will have to be patient because this restaurant is famous and remains faithful to the traditions, the reason of its eternal success.
