The menu is dominated by fish: arroz de marisco, cataplana (the famous Algarvian bouillabaisse) and grilled meats (snapper, sardines, etc.), all enjoyed with a beautiful view of the estuary. There's no doubt about it, Sueste is a very pleasant address that respects good old local recipes, and above all doesn't inflate its prices as soon as the season starts, as sometimes happens in other establishments on the coast. The owner, Amadeu Henriques, often comes to greet his customers, contributing greatly to the friendly atmosphere.
