This very popular establishment among the local population is very close to the old Roman bridge, which you can only cross on foot. The friendly atmosphere is guaranteed in this wooden and plastered tavern, which also has a billiard table to prolong the evening. Typical cuisine (chicken piri piri, pork à la saltimbocca, Portuguese feijoada) is served on original tables made from the bases of old Singer sewing machines, which are used as the thread of decoration. Some guest rooms are also available.

Restaurant traditionnel portugais, plats bien préparés et copieux. Service long mais tarifs raisonnables. Petits plateaux de charcuterie imposés en entrée (12€ pour 5). Attention : réduction de 30% non appliquée sans explications (seulement 10% de remise griffonnés à la main sur la note).
