For over thirty years now, the Rocha da Palha restaurant has been a fixture on the very first line of Pêra beach. In addition to the indoor dining room, there's an esplanade with loungers and deckchairs for rent on the sand. The à la carte menu is typically Portuguese, fresh and unvarnished, with dishes featuring seafood(tamboril, ameixa, carapau...). In the evening, the terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a homemade sangria in good company and fresh air.
