A huge campsite well equipped, but not given and quickly saturated in summer. Up to 1 400 people gather there in the high season. Large swimming pools, and reduced space for locations… Possible alternative with modern and comfortable bungalows and trailers, but the proximity and sound level remain high. Preferred off season.

Ist hat ein älterer Campingplatz. Für größere Wohnmobile schlecht geeignet, da überall niedriger Baumbestand ist, kaum gerade Plätze. Plätze werden naturbelassen. Hohes Gras, oder Matschfurchen. Man soll soll sich seinen Platz selber aussuchen, nett gemeint aber man irrt lange auf dem Platz herum und sucht und sucht. Den Plan den man mitbekommt ist ein Witz da man sich nicht daran orientieren kann weil man nicht weiß wo man sich befindet. Solar funktioniert selten wegen der Bäume, kaum Sat, für Strom braucht man endlos langes Kabel welches über die Fahrwege gelegt werden muss, außerdem fliegen ständig die Sicherungen raus. W-Lan kaum. Sanitär sauber, Pool auch. Restaurants im März alle geschlossenen

For Portugal this is good. High speed free WiFi all other the site. Showers good with lots of hot water. Good restaurant although limited hours. Good for cycling into town with dedicated cycle path. Nice walking routes about. Hilly area so need to be fit. Site gets muddy when it rains.

Large site on the outskirts of Albufeira, well served by bus, but easily walkable.

Great facilities, and spotlessly clean though it takes a while for the hot water to come through!

A cafe/mini market, which has basic requirements, is on site, as is a restaurant.

We booked for 2 nights, but kept extending!
