Ne demander rien ça les embêtes
Aucunes explications sur l’hôtel nous avons été bâclés
Nous avons également appeler le service en chambre pour avoir des glaçons on nous a répondu que c’était 10€
C’est honteux pour un 5 étoiles, la nourriture est mauvaise, le frigo en chambre ne fonctionnait pas
Et pour l’accès à la piscine extérieur,intérieur et le SPA Le bonnet de bain est obligatoire, du jamais vue pour un 5 étoiles. Le mitigeur de la douche était crasseux, les peignoirs etait tout usé et il ont un sacré vécus …
