Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'hôtel est décoré avec goût, bien placé avec sa plage de sable fin. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et avec une literie de qualité. Le petit déjeuner en forme de buffet est très bon et varié. Les plats proposés en demi pension de bonne qualité. Le personnel est à l'écoute et accueillant. Le plus : la navette qui vous conduit en ville.

Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos, as piscinas exteriores são excelentes porém a interior tem um horário ridículo para uso sem custo adicional. Os apartamentos precisam de alguns reparos urgentes,a sanita por exemplo esta trincada o que pode vir a causar acidentes graves e a cama era muito barulhenta, mas muito mesmo.

Zu den Basics in einem Hotel gehört es für mich, gut schlafen zu können. Die Apartments sind allerdings dermaßen hellhörig und verfügen offenbar über keinerlei Geräuschdämmung, so dass man alle Geräusche aus dem nächsten Apartment extrem laut hört. Zumal die Tische und Stühle über keinerlei Filz etc. an den Beinen verfügen, und der Boden aus Fliesen besteht. Also lautes Quietschen, Rumpeln und Schleifgeräusche, je nach Aktivität des Nachbarn.
Dadurch wird der Rest des Gesamterlebnisses für mich dermaßen geschmälert, dass ich mur einen Stern gebe. Die Anlage ist ansonsten schön angelegt und weitläufig, mit schöner Bepflanzung. Der Service ist, von den Einzelpersonen abhängig, sehr gut bis mäßig, was auch an der unterschiedlichen sprachlichen Fähigkeit des Personals liegt. Manche können gut Englisch, andere fast nicht. Essen in Atlantico-Restaurant und Bar ganz gut, aber sehr teuer, Beilage i.d.R. Pommes. Man hat halt hier die Aussicht auf den Strand, was ein Plus ist. Aber man muss oft lange warten, bis sich jemand vom Personal kümmert. Wie gesagt, auch hier von Einzelpersonen abhängig. Es gibt gute und weniger gute Leute. Nur knapp außerhalb des Geländes befinden sich zwei gute Lokale, in denen es sich sehr gut essen lässt, das Restaurant Martins und das Portobello, denen ich jederzeit den Vorzug geben würde. Gutes Essen, aufmerksamer Service und vernünftige Preise.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at GR Santa Eulalia and it was a perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation by the sea. From the moment we arrived until the moment we (reluctantly haha) checked out, every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations.

The hotel's infrastructure is excellent. Every detail, like the stylish decor has been meticulously designed to ensure the utmost comfort and luxury and I really liked that. Our room was very nice, elegantly appointed with modern furnishings, providing a haven of relaxation after a day of sun-soaked adventures.

The hotel's facilities are equally impressive. We spent blissful hours lounging by the pool, or on the beach, sipping on refreshing cocktails as we soaked up the sun's rays :). The culinary offers were a gastronomic delight as well (see attached picture)

But my favorite part and most important for me personally was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the warm welcome upon our arrival to the personalized attention and thoughtful gestures throughout our stay, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing short of perfection.

So, if you're seeking whether a romantic getaway or a rejuvenating retreat, this hidden gem is sure to leave you spellbound. We can't wait to return to this slice of paradise in the near future ????!!!

My family and I were here for Christmas. The christmasbuffet was amazing. Well cooked meats and delicious side dishes and desserts. The resort was beautiful and all in all a luxurious experience. I'll recommend.

Prima hotel, ongelooflijk goed ontbijt, vriendelijke staf. Wifi in de kamers slecht. Ontbijtzaal enkel te bereiken via een reusachtige trap.

Fantastic place to stay for our holiday with direct access to the beach and beech front cafe. Staff are very welcoming, polite, and ready to help with only one call.

Great hotel location with an amazing private beach, lovely views. Hotel is nice and clean and the staff are amazing. Rooms were pretty outdated, the bed and pillows not so comfy and I gained a stiff neck from it. If the beds were improved the room itself would of been amazing. That’s the only downfall of it all, other than that, the room had an equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove and sink. Super handy. There is also a free shuttle to take you to old/new town which is very useful. We only stayed for 4 nights and wished to have stayed longer, but in the future we will definitely be back.

Excelente Resort en el Algarve. Hemos estado un fin de semana y todo ha sido perfecto de principio a fin. El personal muy amable, las instalaciones magníficas, aunque se echa de menos algunas instalaciones que estaban cerradas, entiendo que por ser temporada baja. Muy buena ubicación con acceso directo a la playa. Dispone igualmente de un spa con piscina cubierta, aunque lamentablemente el acceso gratuito a esta piscina se limita a 4 horas diarias, dos a primera hora y dos a mediodía.
Lo mejor sin duda, el restaurante. El desayuno impresionante y la cena de lujo, muy lejos del típico buffet de otros Resort.

Hotel de 5* sem nenhumas facilidades, uso da piscina, ginásio, sauna condicionados. Não se compreende! Se não têm condições de receber hóspedes no inverno mais vale fecharem.

Was absolutely beautiful. Would definetly be back. But next time would definetly pick the sea view. Got a garden view and it faced the opposite direction so could never sit on the terrace in the sun even tho we paid extra for it. Very disappointed. Apart from that had its own pool and little beach and some restaursnts.
THEY HAVE A FREE BUS THAT TAKES YOU TO OLD TOWN. HAS AMAZING SHOPS AND THE BEST BREAKFAST PLACE AT BOTTOM OF STREET. ALSO HAS A NICE WEE ITALION RESTAURANT ACROSS STREET. WAS AMAZING!!!

Con el corazón comento esta reseña: Nos gustó absolutamente todos, la comida, la ubicación, la limpieza de todo el hotel, el spa súper completo, el gimnasio. Sobre todo nos gusto el personal, de lo más amable posible, siempre a disposición, de buen humor y súper súper profesional. Quiero agradecer especialmente el personal. Hay aparcamiento gratis. Varias piscinas y restaurantes para comer a disposición. Hemos pasado momentos increíbles, la ubicación es hermosa, este hotel es Perfecto en todo y mas, seguro repetiremos.

After being in albufeira for a few days I think this is a terrible place. We booked a place with a kitchenette be there are no grocery store very close, not even a place to buy a bottle of water or beer. Thanks a lot air Canada you will be hearing from me. Very far from a five star hotel. I hope that I get more than a copy and paste response to my review, but what can you expect from a 2.5 star acting as a 5 star.
