Nuestra llegada al hotel fue fabulosa en cuanto al trato del personal por la mañana.
Nos comentaron que podíamos hacer uso de las instalaciones del hotel lo único que no estaba lista nuestra habitación ya que llegamos antes de la hora.
Pero cuando llegamos por la tarde el chico que había nos decía que no estaba correcta, y se puso a soltar comentarios no gratos ante un problema a unos clientes del hotel.
Llamo a uno de los cargos superiores se presentaron y empezaron a conversar de una forma muy despectiva. Ante un problema de unos clientes de su hotel.
Aún no sabemos que ocurrió si días antes de nuestra llegada llamamos para confirmar que todo estaba correcto, y nos lo confirmaron y horas antes también.
Porque para el chico de por la tarde no había nada correcto.
