QUEDA DO VIGARIO WATERFALL
Delightful cascade do Vigario with a magnificent 24 m high waterfall that ends below in a pretty natural lake.
The Vigario Waterfall is located on the Alte River. This beautiful waterfall is born on the Quinta do Freixo and ends 24 meters below with a beautiful natural lake. To get there, you have to go to the parking lot of the cemetery. At the back of the cemetery, go around the fence and follow the gravel path down. Walk 300 m and this lovely waterfall will appear. There is a large, well-maintained area available, ideal for sunbathing, and to cool off, take a dip in the (very cold) river. Make way for a good breath of fresh air!
