KARPA
After Alameda and Monky, Karpa is the3rd restaurant from chef Rui Sequeira, who needs no introduction in Faro. This time, it's a Japanese restaurant with a very Portuguese soul. "The idea was to have a concept that combines classic Japanese technique with local Portuguese products, but with a difference," explains Rui. It's at the counter that you can follow the dexterity of the waiters, in a mix of izakaya and omakase. The menu itself is the fruit of this fusion, and when in doubt, choose the 12-moment menu. What a program!
