MONKY
Asia seems to be on a roll in the Algarve. At first, it was only a question of take-away food during the confinement, but the success was such that the young chef Rui Sequeira quickly opened the doors of Monky. There is no fusion here, the products are cooked as they were in their country of origin and to be convinced, you just have to taste the crispy shrimp baos, without forgetting the classic Ramen Tonkotsu whose broth simmers for six hours. In the glass, an explosive Asian Mule of flavors and life takes an exotic dimension, the time of a meal.
